Droid Synth

New Features:
* You can now select a specific Midi Channel for Droid Synth to listen for note events on.
* Midi mappings for the Instrument selector, the cutoff, resonance, overdrive dials is now available. For now the CCs are hardcoded to ones from Hacktribe firmware on the Electribe2 BUT will be configurable in a future release.
