DRUKtransport

DRUKtransport is a taxi fare-calculating app, take a ride and pay fare rates. There is no need to ask cap drivers for rates of your trip, use the app calculate and pay, if you are charged overcharged, you can use the app to file a complain. You can also use the app to get access to online payment links of RSTA. Calculating the fare is easy here is how it works:

1. Intra-city/district (long distance)

a. Open the app, click on calculate fare icon

b. The select long routes icon

c. Select routes and destination, select the number of seats and submit

d. That is it, you will know how much you have to pay if you are hiring taxi by yourself or if you are traveling on shared basis

2. Intra-city/district (Local)

a. Open the app, click on calculate fare icon

b. The select local icon

c. Select routes and destination, and submit

d. That is it, you will know how much you have to pay if you are hiring taxi by yourself or if you are traveling on shared basis

e. By default the app calculates local fare base on four-seater taxi

If you are overcharged, you can make a complain using the “Your Complain” icon, by default the app complain will be sent to [email protected], but will be copied to DG RSTA, Traffic police and Chief RTO for any action required.
