DX Gamer Driver Kamen Rider

Added remaining gashats (except for Hyper Muteki, will be added soon) for the Gamer Driver only, gashats for the Buggle Driver and its variants will be added in the next update.
Added Hyper Fumetsu (some sounds are missing and are incomplete, so I improvised, please enjoy!).
Added a limited version of the Kimewaza Slot Holder, with only the gashats that makes special sounds for it (except for Rider Chronicle Gashat). Will be completed next update.
