Through this innovative technology, people of all ages but more particularly young persons of Samoa are encouraged to participate and become involved in the electoral process. The rationale is for these young persons to immerse themselves in the electoral process and be part of stride towards achieving good governance, a cornerstone of a successful and prosperous nation.
