VERSION 5.2.9:
- Allow navigation to note location from popup note dialog.
- Add optional cleanup of orphan cached/user book covers.
- Add optional paging for scans when book library is very large.
- Separate advanced eLibrary Settings into a specific tab.
- Maintenance updates.

NOTE: As of release 5.2.9, eLibrary Manager requires Android 7.0 or greater (latest Android Support Libraries require minimum SDK level 24).
