ELIOT: Pre-ordering for restaurants

- Fully redesigned the order history screen.
- Redesigned the current promotions and events screen.
- Fixed a bug with inputting special characters in the password field.
- Fixed a bug when the navigation drawer wouldn't update after logging in.
- Fixed a bug when the numeric keypad wouldn't disappear when backing out of PIN input.
- Optimised the app. Eliot now occupies twice as little memory.
