New razzle-dazzle

Terminology Quiz Added:
• Only 150ish terms so far, more to come!

Get out the pitchforks:
• Playing with the idea of optional ads in a couple spots (that's why the Internet Permission is in there)
• No full page, in your face ones though
• And you can turn them off if you'd like
