4. Click on "Start Pedometer" button to start counting your steps.

5. Check your daily steps on top of screen.

6. Check you number of calories burned daily below daily steps.

7. Check your Daily Steps Plan below calories.

8. Check your Total Steps Taken below Daily Steps Plan.

9. Press back button to exit the Every Step Counts - Pocket Pedometer app.

10. The Every Step Counts - Pocket Pedometer app will keep counting your steps even when closed and show your progress in notification.
