ミニオン・バレー : Idle Tycoon Game

After the release of the game, we've noticed that the game leaves a wrong first impression to our players, as it's named, "Minion Valley".
So we've decided to change the game title to "Idle Tower Tycoon", which tells a lot more about the game, and there won't be any confusion anymore with the word "Minion" :)
Fixed the card cooldown related bug.
Various improvements and bug fixes
