This app Shows their current address and shows them on map

Find my friend also enables you to create a Geo fence around any of your family or friends, which will give you alerts when someone leaves your fencing zone.

Find My Friend allow you access the other location only when other sides people will agree for this, When your friends will accept the request which is send by you, then only his/her location will be visible.
