Fixi for handlers shows an easy overview of reports filed by citizens. You will only see the reports that are relevant for your area of expertise. That way, you will have a full overview of your own work supply.

2. Tackle problems in real time

Instantly view reports received by the city council, in list view or on a map. Take care of reports for your department right away.

3. Civil service

Report completed and problem solved? The filer will be instantly notified with the Fixi app for citizens. Improve neighbourhoods, improve your city, together.

In order to use Fixi for handlers, the municipal government has to use the Fixi-Suite by Decos. Sign up as a handler or specialist at your local city council.
