このFocus Timerについて

Select any one of the three timers in the app and after the time has run out a notification will be sent to your phone to make sure that you are still focused on the task at hand.

Chances are your phone is on you for most of the day. So instead of using one of those apps that block Facebook, incoming calls, etc, use the distraction of a notification to your advantage by having your phone check up on you.
