Forge 2.0 is a complete rework of the app.

2.0.3 hotfix:
- Fixed some devices crashing after initial data and image loading
- Fixed a bug where some locales incorrectly parsed numbers (e.g. Devo Gauntlet 1500% lifesteal from stacks)
- Fixed a crash with some locales when adding a stacking item with decimal values (e.g. 0.2% lifesteal per stack)
