The options screen can now be accessed directly from the pause menu during a game.

Added the ability to adjust the amount of time spent waiting between answers. This feature is labeled delay in the options menu. Selecting a short delay will speed up play and selecting a long delay will display the highlighted region for a longer amount of time.

Fixed some minor border collision issues between Hungary and Romania.
