The brand new Get Up and Go app has been designed by experts in healthy ageing – Move it or Lose it. Use our app to introduce exercise during or shortly after a hospital stay.

The aim of this app is to provide simple exercises that can be done in a bed or chair to help prevent ‘PJ Paralysis’. This is a term used to describe the negative physical and psychological effects experienced by patients who spend lengthy periods of time inactive, and in their pyjamas while in hospital or care.
