Update to meet new Google Play requirements:
-File system access permission removed: now Glimp do not have access anymore to SD card. Data files will be saved in only accessible folder left: "SDcard/Android/data/it.ct.glicemia/files/Documents"
-Location in background permission: Now Glimp do not have access anymore to location permission while in background. To connect Bluetooth LE devices you must now go to "Settings/Bluetooth/Search Bluetooth devices" and keep Glimp on screen while found
