App Fix: Changed wrong text.

App change: Changed server location for future versions.
App Change: Updated to latest libraries.

Having problems:
Make sure to not have Pokemon Go App running in the background.
Try removing any Pokemon Go Plus devices from the phones Bluetooth list.
Turn Bluetooth off before starting the app.
Make sure to close this app before running Pokemon Go App.
