• It is now possible to register a new medal with an associated email address, so its owner can be contacted even if that medal has not been attached to a carrier using the Web portal
• Bug fixes

New in release 1.5.1 :
• Medal registration procedure now allows users from countries not enforcing pet identification to skip scanning or entering a tag id (currently: Switzerland.)

New in release 1.5.0 :
• Added support for passive GoBack medals.
