This update adds a new startup screen explaining Adding Friends and walks you through the quick setup to become Friendable.


Other improvements:

- Removed coughs from the intro chanting audio
- 5 minute sits now use the shorter "Good, good" outro, like 1 & 3 min sits.
- Improved text for the "Have you taken a course before?" question the first time the app is opened.
