1. Downtime & Moved Assets are now hidden from mobile view.
2. Users cannot close offline work orders.
3. Modified the submit work order and guest portal field selections.

5. On PM's custom fields can be set to non mandatory
6. Only specific roles can change the priority of a Work Order
7. Added Range Value Task capturing in the work order.
