42.0: Allow current bearing to be copied to clipboard when long pressing on compass page. Moved Goto and Grid-ref buttons on main page for consistency.
41.7: Fixed KML import issues.
41.5: Added options to show grid lines and tracklog grid cell coverage on map.
41.3: Added the ability to show tracklog points on map, and also to delete a tracklog point by long-pressing it. Removed obsolete Wear version of app.
