On this platform, patients will be able to request help and state their case to a doctor while the doctor provides problem-solving information. In complicated situations, the doctor will be required to refer them to a specialist.

Users will be required to request by stating their case. This request will be sent as a notification message to all doctors. When a doctor accepts, other doctors will receive another notification to show that the request has been accepted.

The doctor may check the case of the patient and reply immediately or check and reply after some time. Either way, the doctor will have to reply with solutions within 24hours.

When the doctor replies, the user will receive a notification to check the response. Upon checking the response, the user will be required to click on an icon to show that the problem has been solved and to indicate (through rates and comments) whether the response was helpful or not.
