2. Press the button in the bottom right
3. Press screen to the left side of your chest
4. Wait about 10 seconds until you feel a buzz
5. View your heartrate
As a part of alpha testing, I encourage you to take your heart rate and compare it to the calculated heart rate and let me know if it is off and by how much (kylecorry31@gmail.com).
