HopWeb: Edit & Run PHP/HTML

New feature:
-Display language add Traditional Chinese.
-There will be an alert when you try opening a big file.
-Supports previewing the images in SVG, GIF and WEBP formats.
-Supports forcing push.
-When you click [File] button in HTML editing, we will prompt you to import it if not in the project.

Improvements:
-Repair some problems we have known on Convert to App function. And it supports swiping to refresh now.
-Repair many known problems.
