New Settings on each Dialogue

The participants of a Dialogue now have options to provide different types of feedback and/or evaluations about the STATEMENTS of others at different times. What types of evaluations will be available will be determined from within the Settings of the Dialogue, the Creator has the power to decide.

All these will have the Likert scale option 1-5.
