Application of the Essence of Sufism By Shaykh 'Abdul Qadir Isa. In Pdf format.
Sufism is a term that developed in the Arab world, while Sufism is more popular in the west, where it is attributed to a practitioner of Sufism. The goal is one, and the same as the goal of the Shari'a, namely inner piety and behavior with its various stations. What makes Sufism deviant is when one of its stations, wihdatul wujûd, develops towards ittihâd or hulûl, which is then more often related to syncretism. This violates monotheism.
