Image of A Man, a subsidiary of the Image of A Man brand, produces a majority of it’s own video contents and thereby owns the rights to its own video content. These videos distributed by Image of A Man are produced by our own internal video production team at Image of A Man. Any third-party content used in production that will be broadcast through our network is licensed for rebroadcasting on Image of A Man online video platforms prior to being published on our website or any of our applications.

Additionally, any 3rd party content, shows, videos or other materials used in our programming to be displayed on our apps is licensed for rebroadcast from the respective license holders and TvStartup is granted permission to publish this content via Image of A Man Fire TV app.

All video content, logos, and trademarks of Image of A Man are owned or licensed by Image of A Man, Inc. Additionally, we own the rights to and/or have appropriate licensing permissions for all the video content published on the app and authorize the distribution of this content in title, images, video and app format including the Image of A Man Fire TV app.

Additionally, Image of A Man authorizes the distribution of the Image of A Man application by TvStartup Inc., including rights and permissions to publish the Fire TV app via TvStartup’s Amazon Developer account.
