Bug fix where numbers starting with a leading pair of 0's would have every pair of 0's converted to +'s

Added a service that can automatically convert the numbers for you once a day to a specfic country.
Updated some graphic elements (such as list selectors, the spinning image)
The app is now excluding a bunch of numbers from the process;
* Short numbers (emergency numbers & so on)
* Command numbers (example: *120#)
