The idea of this application started when we were testing smartphones and realised that their internet connections are often very slow. We thought, what if we create an application that simulates a full speedup of your internet connection (WIFI, 3G or 4G?) , would it really convince the user that it works? We tested this with a small subset of our users... and noticed that users were actually experiencing an improvement of internet speed. And this only thanks to their strong belief in the effectivity of this application. After telling them it was a simulation... They could not believe it.
