Fixes & Improvements in v4.1:

Custom inspection/report titles now show in-app
Subheadings correctly styled
Fix memory leak and crashing after long use
Dictionary auto-suggest supports new lines

Increased size of dictionary input field and all popup windows
Create Standalone Inspections in-app
Always show Template picker when adding an Inspection for an existing property

Log report backups to Dashboard when sync rejected
If files fail to sync, they're skipped so the others can be attempted
