2020-03-17
-Android 9 and above now run the service as a foreground service to keep it alive when another app is running.
-Added ability to change caster address
-Increased display of lat/lon from 6 to 8 digits of precision.
-Improved parsing of responses from caster.
-Improved error handling when trying to close a dead TCP socket.
