Kazi Kwanza is a platform designed to help teachers easily find jobs and directors to post vacancies within their school and this enables them to easily get unemployed teachers to find them. The app has been designed in a way to ease communication since the teachers are directly linked to the WhatsApp chats of their prospective employers where they can engage in detail with the objective of culminating to a contract.
