Version 3.0 -- fully featured:
- administration access secured via configurable lock-phrase
- daily / weekly / monthly usage hour limits with exception for weekends
- by-day configuration
- 'off-limits' time intervals for lunch and dinner
- supported actions: disable WiFi, Data traffic and Bluetooth; lock ; block 'black-list' apps
