New Features
===========
1. You can now choose whether to display or hide lashing bars in the Select Vessel screen for Lashing users.
2. Terminal users can choose to send the bay status or bay plan for a work queue to the vessel crew/captain/lashing supervisor associated with that vessel.
3. Vessel crew/captain/lashing supervisor can receive email notifications with the bay status/bay plan for a work queue.

Other fixes and improvements.
