Lat Long to OSGB Grid

Version 1.3.6 is a small technical update to comply with Google's new target SDK requirement.

A couple of things that I am (very) slowly working on are:
- Adding the Irish grid as an option to translate to/from
- Integration with SimpleGallery to open geo tagged photos in this app

Apologies for my apparent lack of progress with these, but rest assured I am working on them
