how to create a new database:
1. go to https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B3Z8-nrsmFXNM2NhYjg4YWMtZGIxMC00YzQyLWFmNDAtNWYxNjY1OTIyMjJm
and download Lev.jar
2. java -jar Lev.jar "YourDictionaryData"
3. copy the YourDictionaryData.LEV into /LEV/ directory on your SD Card.
4. the format of the raw database is:
every single line is a record
word1 "press TAB" translation of word1
word2 "press TAB" translation of word2
word3 "press TAB" translation of word3
