Live channels launcher

Updated the app , now the full immersive mode on phones and tablet works has been added so videos take full device screen .
some channels now have a what's on now on tv while watching if you bring up the menu by pressing ok,touch or back button.
the app is still a work in progress for the other devices apart from android tv live channels side.
channels and radios are now remotely added or removed for easy updates when some links no longer works .
next update i will try to add more what's on now.
