- fix for Locus 3.24.2
- show navigation page 100 meters before turns (optional, see nav page settings)
v0.12:
- fix a crash reported via Google Play (caused by wahoo lib update)
v0.11:
- additional widgets: battery level, avg HRM/cadence
- fixed discovery on Android 6+ (will ask for additional permissions)
