Just fixed a minor bug causing the Global Scoreboard not to update after playing Open Waters.

Previously:
Added Username input
Added the Global Scoreboard
Explosive crates have been given hit preference over pirates.
Explosive crates now have an increased explosion time to correlate with that of its particle effect.
Crates can now be hit while fading away.
Added different complete, high score and fail sounds.
Improved the in game HUD.
