- Optimizations and bug fixes

Permissions:
- ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (we do not track any location information! As of Android 8 these permissions are needed to read the currently connected SSID while in the setup wizard, otherwise the camera cannot be found)
- READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. The camera needs access to the sdcard to store videos, photos, settings eg.
- RECORD_AUDIO. Speak from device to camera
