Mental Health Survey App

The conceptualisation and intellectual rights of this application belongs to that of Dr. Melvyn WB Zhang and Dr. Roger CM Ho.

The aim of this smartphone application is to provide users with an electronic platform to partake in validated questionnaires. Their doctors would be able to track their progress based on the questionnaire scores. The secondary aim of this application is to acquire data for healthcare outcomes research.

Users will be able to use the application via invitation only.
