5.1.24:
• improve reliability of active location detection feature (in the Advanced Settings section)
• in the Backup and Restore Settings section, use the tag for the current slot as the starting value for the editable field (though replace any date part with the current date, if in a standard form YYYY-MM-DD)
• similarly, in the Load and Save Settings section, use the last-used name as a starting point (again, replacing any date part with the current date)
• updated translations
