Swipe down on home screen or press menu tile or menu button-->Preferences-->Toggle bar-->User name-->enter your name-->OK

No more long pressing power button or sliding status bar to activate vibrate, silent

mode or turn Bluetooth/Wi-Fi on/off. With Toggle bar you can easily do this with single click. Even most of these actions can be activated via swipe gesture.
