-Removed third person playable character, was causing too many issues.

-Improved mini map
-Added icon for garage on mini map
-Improved open world starting area
-Reduced file size
-Improved player camera
-Added additional audio track to open world.
-Open world city AI Traffic pool now has 12 types of cars, 2 are police.
-Added Nitro feature to player cars.
-Optimized the open world city a bit.
