Users can use the App or web interface(https://minuteforms.com) to create/fill the forms. Both App and the web interface provide a very rich user interface.

All the organizations using paper forms can easily convert into e-forms.

Use the + buttons to create the forms. Swipe right on the form to add questions , swipe left on the form to edit/delete the form.

History tab shows the data you have submitted. Click on the item and page will show the data you have submitted and let's you download the data into a pdf. You can email or download the pdf to your device.
