Missed Notifications Reminder

- Added possibility to turn on dark theme manually
- Added possibility to work via foregroudn service, which potentially may solve reminder stability issues on varoius devices
- Potential fix for the issue with fake reminders occured in cases when some app posts/remove notifications quickly
- Share log functionality bugfix
- Interrupt reminder sound immediately in case reminder active notification is dismissed
