Though automotive industry is growing at a decent pace, Car owners are dissatisfied with the Authorized Dealer Workshops. Value Proposition and Trust are the vital parameters automotive consumer consider when they service their cars, failing which they opt getting their cars to local garages once the vehicle is out of warranty. In India about 50% of the cars are serviced at non – authorized workshops called as Local Garages. However, the local garages are largely un-organized and has its own challenges to meet customer’s expectation. With MotorBuddy, we are trying to address this discerning need of automotive consumer. MotorBuddy is creating a network of approved Multi Brand car workshops across Mumbai. MotorBuddy would choose the workshops based on specific guidelines which would ensure repair quality of cars is at par with OEM standards if not less. MotorBuddy app will also have feature of Repair Estimator which would help car user find estimate guidance for common repairs.
