We are excited to introduce you to a brand new feature inside our app:
On-Demand Workouts.
These workouts can be done on top of your progressive training plan to balance the skills you are working on, add volume as well as give you more flexibility.

We also added a highly requested Workout History so you can finally track your workouts.
Along with this update, we fixed a number of bugs and made UI improvements.
