fix: lastfm API changes broke artist images. Implemented fanart.tv as a replacement, pull to refresh on artist pages that show a white star as the image. If fanart.tv has no results it will stay as the lastfm place holder.
fix: a bug with remote controls in notification and bluetooth fixed (bluetooth play/pause/skip/volume should work normally now)
fix: various fixes on podcasts (still a work in progress)
new: repeat 1 feature added (as requested!)
