Fixed porting of notes to new format.
Fixed startup crash for Android 10 and below.
Redesigned the book details page and added a progress chart to it.
Redesigned the notes page, enabled images for notes.
Added user book rating text field.
Added option to pin any finished book to the top of the shelf.
Added adaptive icon.
Other minor fixes and changes.
